The experience of ÄNG starts before you step inside. The sparkling glasshouse in the middle of the lush meadow, is sharp and smooth, mirroring the incredible surroundings. This newly renovated gem offers a 19 course haute-cuisine experience out of the ordinary, and the harmonious atmosphere will take you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
A solitary diamond in the fields
The interior was inspired by the unspoiled Nordic nature surrounding ÄNG and Japanese design aesthetic. The fusion is visible in the lounge furniture from Japanese brand Karimoku and the organic sculptures and vases from various scandinavian designers. The L lever handle in gunmetal is a also a part of this extraordinary space, adorning the solid wooden doors around the building. Project by Norm Architects and images by Jonas Bjerre Poulsen.
